DAY RETREAT - SOULFUL SATURDAY

Soulful Saturday was a Day Retreat that brought together different leaders & healers on the Central Coast to share their unique gifts with the Community. Amanda held one of the Talks, where she addressed topics such as the sacred feminine and photography (specifically artistic nudes) as a form of healing and self-knowledge.

At this event, the organisers gathered together to co-create a safe space for women where the focus was on nurturing, expressing and dreaming together. We had a cacao ceremony, a fear-burning ritual, the construction of a dream map and meditations and manifestation practices.
